The Holston Gases Site Development package included the layout, grading, drainage and erosion control design for the new Holston Gases Distribution Facility.
The site is located on a former industrial site in downtown Knoxville. All grading and drainage activities were designed to comply with State and Federal hazardous waste standards and a Site Specific Brownfield Agreement that was designed to protect the public and the environment during development of the site.
The site Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control plans and the associated Site Specific Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan prepared by CCI provided a phased approach, allowing the grading to take place and providing for storm water retention on the site during grading activities.
Cannon & Cannon worked with the Lead Contractor and coordinated weekly meetings with City of Knoxville Stormwater Engineering staff throughout the duration of the project.
