Route Surveys
Corridor surveys associated with Roadway and Utility design projects are a mainstay for the CCI survey group. These projects typically require (1) establishment of GPS control, (2) limited boundary surveying and (3) topographic strip surveys. In addition, associated “takes” and easement acquisitions require the preparation of exhibit drawings and legal descriptions. Alignment staking generally follows for the benefit of property owners, contractors and/or others.
