He has worked the past seventeen years with LaFollette Utilities Board as a System Engineer, Director of Engineering and Superintendent of Electric of Operations. Prior to that, he worked as a Co-op Student/Field Engineer with Appalachian Electric Cooperative in New Market, TN.
