WORK EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Drummer has over twenty-eight years of experience in the Civil Engineering profession, with primary emphasis in transportation, public works and site development.  He has spent the past thirteen years working as a consulting engineer in East Tennessee.  Prior to this he was Director of Engineering Planning and Codes for the City of Maryville for seven years and worked in roadway design and construction for eight years with the Tennessee Department of Transportation.
