WORK EXPERIENCE:
Mr. McKinney began his career in 2003 as a consultant in Nashville, TN working on water and wastewater infrastructure projects. In 2004, he moved to Knoxville with a large consulting company to work on Knoxville Utilities Board’s PACE10 Program where he was the Assistant Project Manager and one of the process designers for five SSO storage tank facilities. Mr. McKinney began working at Cannon & Cannon, Inc. in 2006 where he has managed and designed water and wastewater infrastructure projects. His work has been concentrated in sewer rehabilitation, water distribution modeling as well as wastewater treatment plant rehabilitation and design.
