Mr. Meadow is an electrical engineer with over 23 years of experience in the design and operations of electric utilities. He has served as principal design engineer, project manager and operations manager for numerous distribution and transmission projects for municipal and RUS cooperatives. He has expertise in underground transmission and distribution projects as well as a broad range of experience in construction and utility operations.
