Houston Daugherty is the Business Development Director with a passion toward identifying and serving the client’s interests. He oversees client relationships in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Daugherty offers over 20 years of experience and perspective on a variety of projects including traffic, transportation, site development and municipal utilities. His experience as Town Engineer for the Town of Collierville provides unique insight that serve well to meet the owner’s needs.
