He possesses over twenty-seven years experience in Engineering Consulting, including extensive experience as Project Manager and Principal-In-Charge. He is often called upon as part of public-sensitive Community Enhancement and Infrastructure projects to utilize his skills in public relations requiring interactions with a variety of public and private entities.
