Tim Tucker, PE, Senior Vice President of Operations
Houston Daugherty, PE, Senior Vice President of Business Development
Timothy Tucker has over 21 years of experience in Utility Infrastructure and Water | Wastewater Systems Management, design and contract administration. He has extensive background in the regulations that govern wastewater, water and stormwater utilities. Tim is a 1992 graduate of Carson Newman University and a 1995 graduate of Tennessee Technological University with a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and is a registered engineer in Tennessee, Kentucky and Alabama.
As Senior Vice President of Operations, Tim is responsible for day-to-day operations, training and mentoring staff, overseeing projects and maintain client relationships and developing processes as the Knoxville office continues to grow. Tim has been with CCI since 2009.
Houston Daugherty has 25+ years of experience helping clients meet their goals. He has a diverse background and has gained his experience working with the public sector and manufacturing consulting. This knowledge equips Houston with a vision and understanding of client needs and providing solutions. Houston is a 1992 graduate of the University of Memphis with a degree in Civil Engineering, and is a registered engineer in Tennessee and Texas.
As Senior Vice President of Business Development, Houston is responsible for setting corporate growth objectives, identifying changing markets, new market opportunities, client engagement, outreach and inreach, employee development and coaching. Houston has been with CCI since 2010.
