ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys
Cannon & Cannon, Inc. routinely performs ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys at the request of lenders and/or title attorneys.  These surveys are performed to a higher level of accuracy and are generally required prior to the transfer of commercial properties.  ALTA/ACSM surveys are comprehensive, labor intensive and costly to perform.  Dependant upon size and complexity, several weeks and numerous reviews by the principal parties are necessary prior to issuance of the final certified survey.
