Cannon & Cannon Inc. offers comprehensive surveying services - GPS, robotic and reflectorless systems – but our crews have not abandoned proven, traditional surveying methods. Whatever your needs, our surveying services will be delivered on time and at a fair price.

Boundary Surveys and Platting
Surging real estate values have increased the need for the boundary surveys necessary for property transfers and subdividing large tracts. Since our founding in 1996, Cannon & Cannon Inc. has developed strong rapport with local public engineering and planning staffs. In addition to our survey skills and efficiency, CCI’s staff has the expertise to expedite your project through the public review and recording processes.

Topographic Surveys
Accurate topographic data is paramount to project planning, design and development. CCI has performed countless topographic surveys, and the addition of “state of the art” robotics enhances our ability to provide surveys quickly and at reduced costs.

Route Surveys
Roadway and utility design surveys are a mainstay for CCI’s survey group, and they often require establishment of GPS control, limited boundary surveying and topographic strip surveys. We can supply exhibit drawings, legal descriptions, easement acquisitions and alignment staking for property owners, contractors and other interested parties.

ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys
Cannon & Cannon Inc. offers ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys – performed to a higher level of accuracy and required for the transfer of commercial properties - to lenders, title attorneys and other clients. ALTA/ACSM surveys are comprehensive and often are needed weeks in advance of a final certified survey. CCI works closely with its clients to meet deadlines of all principal parties and to keep costs low.
