Commercial development represents a large segment of our client services within community development.   The Cannon & Cannon, Inc. staff is experienced in assisting our clients in the site selection and evaluation.  We provide due diligence services for our clients as needed and offer advice and resources to develop a comprehensive evaluation with our client’s goals.  We provide services to develop a concept plan, assist in zoning, and coordinate with the various governmental agencies involved in the approval of a project.

Our project size ranges from a small office building to a large commercial complex.  In some projects, we may utilize a mix of commercial and residential development while also providing recreational services such as walking trails, clubhouse facilities, or recreational fields.  Our landscape architecture expertise allows the concept plan to have a creative, more environmental friendly theme to better utilize the available resources.

Our services in the initial phase usually include traffic analysis, utility availability, drainage evaluation and layout design.  Cannon & Cannon, Inc.’s experience and familiarity with the zoning, ordinances, and other governmental regulations that may affect development is a critical component to our valued clients.  After the site selection and concept plan is developed, Cannon & Cannon, Inc. provides survey services and construction plan design for the complete site.  In many cases, we provide assistance with the bid process and construction management.  We customize our service uniquely for each project in order to provide the correct blend of services that our client requires.
