Project Description:

Cannon and Cannon was asked to assist in the construction of a new science building centrally located on the campus.  The project consisted of the relocation of the main entry drive to the science building and the upper school building which required a permit to close two sinkholes with a Class V Injection Well Permit.  The relocation of a major parking lot was also a part of the project and requiring a new detention pond. A complete erosion control plan was included in the project along with the Notice of Intent (NOI) and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) submitted and approved by the City of Knoxvile and Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation.
