Project Description:

Project involved preparation of a complete traffic impact study for the Town Creek Mixed Use development in Lenoir City, TN.  The project included trip generation, distribution, and assignment of the 350 acre proposed development.  Analysis of the critical access points and internal intersections was conducted to allow for the development of the recommended roadway and intersection geometry and associated traffic control.
