Project Description:

Project involved preparation of a complete traffic impact study for the Town Creek mixed use development in Lenoir City, TN.  The project included trip generation, distribution, and assignment of the 350 acre proposed development.  Ana-lysis of the critical access points and internal intersections was conducted to allow for the development of the recom-mended roadway geometry and associated traffic control.
