Project Description:

Survey and design for 0.66 mile access roadway to serve CVS Pharmacy distribution center in Loudon, Tennessee.  Project was prepared under the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) State Industrial Access (SIA) program, requiring plans preparation in full TDOT format.
