Project Description:

Provided complete design services including survey, layout, roads, drainage, and utilities for a 200 lot development.  Sewer service involves a combination of 8” gravity mains, 2” and 3” low pressure sewer service, and an upgrade to an offsite lift station.  Water improvements include 6” - 12” water mains and fire hydrants.
