Project Description:

Hallsdale Powell Utility District (HPUD) asked Cannon & Cannon, Inc., (CCI) to undertake a study of the Raccoon Valley Wastewater System. The study was needed by the HPUD Board to determine the most reasonable alternative available to continue service to this portion of Northwest Knox County, Tennessee.

As part of the study, CCI performed an evaluation of the collection system draining to the existing Raccoon Valley WWTP, a Preliminary Engineering Report related to the plant and planned upgrades, developed an alternative pump station and force main concept that would allow the District to abandon the WWTP, developed a cost analysis, and prepared a report stating the findings and recommendations.
