Project Description:

This study was initiated by the Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) in response to a multi-year facility revitalization program which resulted in the construction of new buildings on sites of former parking lots.  Replacement lots were constructed on the periphery of the campus.  The study identified specific route alternatives for transit service along with anticipated capital and operating costs.  General recommendations were also made regarding permitting and allocation of parking spaces.
