Project Description:

Design for intersection improve-ments involving a new roundabout for the intersection of Bethel Valley Road with the Oak Ridge National Laboratory main entrance, including special wayfinding signage.  The project included construction of a temporary bypass road to allow expedited construction while minimizing the impact on normal traffic flow.
