Project Description:

Northshore Town Center is a large 141 acre mixed-use development, com-bining residential and commercial areas to create a vibrant community environment. Cannon & Cannon was involved in the design of 1000 feet of 8-inch gas main, and 10,000 feet of 2-inch and 4-inch gas mains throughout the develop-ment.  The tie in to the existing system was located within Northshore Drive and required placing three 8-inch valves in a rocky area.  This 8-inch line was continued along the main entrance up to a planned roundabout for the commercials areas.  Remaining areas were served with the 4” main and 2” laterals to the residential sites.
