Project Description:

Northshore Town Center is an upscale development that combines all the amenities of residential living into one site by providing for office, commercial, and residential living into one destination.  Cannon & Cannon, Inc. has provided engineering services for the development of Phases 1, 2, & 3 involving 264 residential lots. Our services included design of the western entrance road, traffic planning for the development, and design of the streets, drainage, and utility infrastructure for the residential development.
