Project Description:

The NHC-Farragut site is located on Kingston Pike within the Town of Farragut, Tennessee.  The original phase was completed in 1995 and consisted of assisted living and nursing home rooms.  Cannon & Cannon, Inc. designed per the original master plan an expansion of the site that included adding 30 private rooms and approximately 40 parking spaces.  The project required utility relocation, drainage analysis, parking and building layout.  This project was closely coordinated with the adjoining neighborhood and required text amendment approval from the Town of Farragut relative to their elderly housing ordinance.  The coordination with the Town of Farragut, the neighborhood and the owners was a critical service provided by Cannon & Cannon, Inc. to ensure the success of this project.
