Project Description:

Project involved preparation of a complete traffic impact study for the proposed Midway Business Park to be located in extreme eastern Knox County.  The project included trip generation, distribution, and assignment for the approximate 378 acre proposed development.  Analysis of the critical access points and internal intersections was conducted to allow for the development of the recom-mended roadway geometry and associated traffic control.
