Project Description:

A 216 unit multi-family residential complex offering quality design with impressive amenities located near the upscale shopping and restaurants of Turkey Creek. Cannon and Cannon, Inc was responsible for developing site grading and drainage plans for the project. Water and sanitary sewer plans were prepared which included design of gravity sewer, pump station and force main to the adjoining Centerpoint Commons.
