Project Description:

This 31.2 acre Saddlebrook development consists of 89 residential lots in a country setting close to Oak Ridge and West Knoxville. Cannon and Cannon, Inc. was involved in the development of construction plans, field surveying, and other associated services.  CCI also provided the Traffic Impact Study necessary for a development of this size, and the complete utility design including off-site sanitary sewer service.
