Utility/Contractor Services:

Providing design and consulting services to local Utilities and utility contractors through the preparation of work zone traffic control plans, site development/ erosion control plans and other related services is also performed on a regular basis by the Transportation and Public Works staff.  

Services are provided for:

• Knoxville Utilities Board
• Water, Sewer, Gas, and Electric Utility Contractors
