Description: 

CCI provided Site Master Planning, including establishment of Master Infrastructure Plan & Phasing, for 234-Acre Industrial and Business Park and related project phasing.

The project scope included Master Planning, Preparation of Construction Documents and assistance in securing federal and State grant participation for (a) over 1.5 Miles of Industrial Access Roadway including two major bridge spans crossing Buffalo Creek and Hinds Creek, (b) 9,200 Linear Feet of Gravity Sanitary Sewer and Force Main Improvements with Lift Station, and (c) 6,500 Linear feet of 12-Inch and 8-Inch Water Mains.

Permitting required approvals from the State of Tennessee for Public Water and Sanitary Sewer Improvements, as well as Karst Feature Remediation. Additionally, bridge crossings associated with Buffalo Creek and Hinds Creek required analysis supporting the “No Rise Certification” as required by the Federal Emergency Management Agency utilizing the HEC-II program, as well as coordinating approvals with the US Army Corp of Engineers, State of Tennessee and the Tennessee Valley Authority.
