Project Description:

Survey and design for intersection improvements to two interstate ramps, including new turn lanes and signalization.  Project included concrete pavement design to serve extreme large truck volumes.  Project was a federally funded Congestion Management Project requiring plans preparation in full Tennessee Department of Transportation format.
