Project Description:

During 2005, Glasgow Water Company began an upgrade of their primary water treatment plant from 6 MGD to 12 MGD.  As a part of this upgrade, CCI teamed with Mobile Com-munications and HTI, Inc. to design and implement a state of the art treatment plant control system including Allen Bradley programmable logic controllers and RS-View human-machine interface software over a new Ethernet backbone.  The project included new filter control panels with touch screen interfaces along with three dimensional screen designs.  The design-build team also provided the onsite training and detailed operational manuals for the project.
