Project Description:

Fox Creek Subdivision is located in west Knoxville, Tennessee near Pellissippi Parkway, between Kingston Pike and Westland Drive.  It is a 76.5 acre residential subdivision with 143 lots varying in size at approximately 1/3 acre.  The subdivision is made up of 7800 linear feet of roadway including a landscaped boulevard entrance which crosses Fox Creek.  The subdivision infrastructure includes storm sewer, 4 drainage basins, sanitary sewer (both gravity sewer and low pressure sewer), water, gas, and underground electric.
