Project Description:

This residential development consists of 14 1/3 acre lots of single family homes and 55 town homes on Yarnell Road in West Knoxville. CCI provided engineering services for approximately 2200 linear feet of road, 2804 linear feet of water line, 3152 linear feet of gravity sanitary sewer, as well as grading and drainage design.
