System design and timing for numerous closed-loop traffic signal systems for various municipalities throughout East Tennessee.  Services include development of plans for complete new signal systems with recommended signal and equipment upgrades, as well as refining of timing plans for existing signal systems.  Traffic signal system work has been performed by Cannon & Cannon staff in the following communities:
