Project Description:

Survey activities for this 268 acre development involve a 4200’ strip topographic survey along Old Highway 95 and Harrison Avenue for roadway modifications associated with the new development, and a 60’ wide strip topo along 4900’ of Town Creek.  Additional work includes a complete boundary survey as well as construction staking and easement preparation for 7400’ of a 4-lane divided parkway traversing the site.  All survey work will be done using the latest GPS equipment, thereby reducing the total amount of survey time and personnel, and allowing for a faster pace for design work to be completed.
