Project Description:

Cannon & Cannon was selected to perform a full range of services from survey and design to construction inspection of this exclusive, 400 acre gated residential community on a rolling peninsula on Lake Cherokee.  The project includes over 450 waterfront and interior lots with an additional 140 condominiums and townhouses. Engineering design involved development of a complex low pressure sewer system, water system improvements including a booster pump station, and street and drainage design that fits the challenging topography of the site while retaining the natural beauty of the site.
