During the recent surge in real estate values, boundary surveys associated with property transfers and/or the subdivision of large tracts has been a primary focus of Cannon & Cannon, Inc.  From our inception in 1996, Cannon & Cannon, Inc. has worked diligently to develop the type of rapport with local public engineering and planning staffs which directly benefits our clients.  In addition  to being efficient in the field and office during the survey phase, we have the knowledge and ability to coordinate with the various public entities during the review and recording processes.
